Return Policy



Returns & Exchanges — Simple & Hassle-Free

We want you to absolutely love your LINNI pieces. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order (for Taiwan deliveries only, in line with the Consumer Protection Act).


※ Please note that returns are currently only available in Taiwan. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return

  1. Contact us on LINE within 7 days with:

    • Name, mobile, and order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos or videos of the item

  2. Once approved, follow our instructions to send it back.

  3. We’ll process your refund within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be in brand-new condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Must be free of fragrances, cigarette odors, cosmetic stains, or other marks. 

  • Certain items (such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings) cannot be returned once opened or tried on.

  • Keep your full, unedited unboxing video or photos as proof for the validation of return request. 


※ If the product exceeds the 7-day appreciation period, LINNI will not accept the return. 


Handling of Defective Items
All of our products are subject to strict quality checks before shipping. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days and provide a complete unedited unboxing video along with clear photos. Once confirmed as defective, we will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with either a refund or an exchange.
